It was raining in the midnight till morning and the feeling is great with your air-con on , blanket on and eye-mask on . Woo ~
However , I still woke up at 7 am for school , :(
Went school for Engineering ( Lecture + Practical ) .
I need to revise for my modules already , I dun seems to understand wad all those old man is talking about , -.- .
Everything ended at around 11.30am .
Was tempted to go to MACDONALD with Feezah & co. , hahas .
But decided to go back home for my Health-Diet-Cholesterol-Free-MEAL instead .
If you want me to eplain in words , it is just simply plain rice with a few many different type of VEGETABLE , :(
Slept after my healthy meal , to maintain healthy lifestyle .
Woke up , watched 娱乐百分百 .
At around 5 pm , Father Tan jio-ed me for a run .
Went out for a run to stay fit .
FYI , he can really run despite his size , unlike Iainrick .
Lai lai lai ~ :D
Showered and then went YewTee to find Aron & co.
Went temple after that .
:D
I am on my way to maintain healthy lifestyle , hope that it will last .

Good health isn't something that happens by accident ,
being healthy is not a matter of good luck .
You have to make an effort to achieve it and
it has got alot to do with how you live .

Woke up at 10 am .
Went Bukit Panjang Plaza .
Was told to meet at 11.30am at Bukit Panjang Plaza .
I reached at 11.45am and i am the earliest .
Hais . . . . .
Bus to Harbourfront and then went Sentosa .
Went to a few beach and of course picked the one with more babes , hahas . :)
Slacked there till 6pm then dinner at Vivo City together with a few others that we met there .
Home , showered and then slept .

Woke up at 8 am .
Met the rest at Choa Chu Kang and then went Singapore Poly for the Street-Soccer tournament .
Ended at 1 pm .
Home to sleep , damn tired under the Hot Sun .
School tomorrow from 9am - 5pm . :(
Project to be done that is due on Wednesday .
