Exercise alot yesterdays .
wake up le . get prepared .
started , 2-10 .
badminton , soccer , badminton soccer .
panjang to south view .
had dinner at around 7+ .
start soccer again at around 8+
over 10+ people run here run there . like mad dog .

after that was stopped by brazilian .
then went badminton again for a short while .
after that soccer again .

went home around 10+ .
cramp here and there and everywhere .
having fever and flu now .
